Reservation and Payment Policy
Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 1- week advance notice for spa parties or other group events. Reservations can be made by calling (804) 240-3070.

For individual treatments we require guarantee of payment 24 hours prior to appointment date. For group events and spa parties we require a 50% deposit to reserve the date. Payment in full is required 72 hours prior to appointment date.

Payment can be made by cash, check, or invoice. Cash will be accepted on the appointment date. Checks must be made payable to Another Touch Massage Therapy and received 10 days prior to appointment date. Invoices are only applicable for group events and require prior approval.

Rescheduling Policy
All notifications to reschedule must be made by telephone. For individual services we require at least 24 hour notice when changing an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, the 50% fee will be waived.

Notifications to reschedule spa parties or other group events must be made 72 hours in advance in order to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. Late cancellations result in forfeiting initial deposit. Once your appointment date has been set for your spa party or event, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations, tardiness or no-shows.

Gratuities
If you are satisfied with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your spa technician.

Age Restrictions
Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients under the age of 18 must have adult supervision.

Home Spa Process
Inform us of your available dates and times for individual massage treatments or spa party. For individual treatments, guarantee of payment must be received 24 hours prior to the appointment date. For spa parties, full payment must be received 72 hours prior to the appointment date. A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required to hold a spa party reservation.

All treatments are performed on a massage table. Spa technician(s) will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up. Our spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels, sheets, music, and other items to create the home spa experience.

All body treatments are performed to suit individual levels of modesty. It is recommended that you shower prior to receiving body treatment.

Preparing Your Space
Spa technician(s) will arrive at agreed upon location with massage table, towels, sheets, music and all necessary items to complete the home spa experience. Please allow for parking near building or home entrance. We require a minimum of 6’ X 10’ clean space to perform services. There should be two accessible electrical outlets and flat surfaces to rest materials. If you have booked a hot stone massage, please have a heat-resistant table and accessible water source available.  

Our goal is to create the most enjoyable and satisfying spa experience. Therefore, secure all pets, silence all telephones, and eliminate any unnecessary interruptions.

Customize your spa party to coordinate with a desired theme. Please discuss your ideas at the time of booking. Additional costs will apply to items or services not included in basic spa party package.

Medical Considerations
Clients who have heart conditions, recent surgery, injuries, high blood pressure, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their physician(s) before receiving any spa services. Please make your spa technician aware of any medical conditions.

Our spa technicians will refuse treatment if any of the following exist (This is not a comprehensive list):

• Pregnancy in the first trimester
• Fever
• Medical conditions not previously mentioned
• Contagious skin conditions
• Broken skin or lesions
• Inappropriate conduct

Travel Costs
Travel to locations within twenty-five miles (one-way) of business location is complimentary. Mileage exceeding twenty-five miles one-way will be charged at the rate of $1.00 per mile. The cost be will be added to the total price of service.
